Franchise GTM collects information you provide directly: your email address when you sign up for beta access or create an account, API keys you store for enrichment features, and any queries or data exports you run through the platform.
Franchise GTM aggregates publicly available business data including franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), state business registrations, and public business listings. This data is sourced from government filings and public records. We do not collect or process consumer credit data, protected health information, or data about individuals under 18.
Your account data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. API keys you provide for enrichment features are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use Clerk for authentication; we never store your password.

When you use the AI features, your queries are sent to the LLM provider you configure (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). Those providers process your query data according to their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. We will respond within 30 days.
Franchise GTM uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
